And this is perfect. I saw Bryan Adams at The Marquee in Wardour St back in the 80s. Not really my type of music but that combination of big voice, big guitar and small venue was fantastic. Then he went and did Everything I Do, I do It For You and became, through no fault of his own, a bit naff. I still like this though, especially when it’s sunny. But Summer of ’69? What’s he on about? In 1969, he’d have been about ten years old. But it’s not about the year, is it? It’s about.…oh, come on…..69?? Do I really have to spell it out for you?
Beautiful day, so we must have “summer” in the title.
