What are we going to do about “Sunday Drivers”?

Slow, selfish and inconsiderate, they cause misery and delays wherever they go. They used to favour the Morris Minor or Austin 1100 but now it’s more likely to be a Honda Jazz or Kia Picanto. Whatever – they still show no regard for anyone but themselves but I think I’ve come up with a solution. This track should be fitted as standard on every small Honda, Kia or Hyundai. And the moment the speedo dips below 20 on a clear road, it comes blasting out of the speakers, forcing them to hurtle towards Homebase at twice their normal speed. Oh God, wouldn’t that be fantastic?
