Though that depends on how you define “terrible”. If you mean “impatient”, countless speeding convictions and, from a very stern Sheffield magistrate, the threat of a custodial sentence then she has a point. But if you mean being quick, safe and decisive – never holding up another road user, then isn’t that “good” rather than “terrible”? However, after one speedy journey too many, she said those dreaded words “I’ll drive” so I reluctantly became the title of this track. Progress was rather slow. A bit too long was spent in each gear so when the engine started to scream, I wanted to scream along with it. First gear was jarringly engaged to go round corners but apart from that, it was fine. They say you can get used to anything so could I get used to being The Passenger? Hmm, what do you think?
