Ali, no question. Think about it. We can all punch far faster than we can kick, and Ali was used to dodging the fastest punchers in the world. Ali was twice Lee’s size and phenomenally quick and powerful. And, unlike Bruce Lee, he was an experienced professional fighter. He’d have had no trouble staying out of Lee’s way before suddenly moving in and knocking him senseless. In his prime, Ali was the most famous man on the planet. His talent and charisma made him the greatest box-office draw the world has ever known. He’s 72 today, so let’s salute salute the man they called The Greatest. I’ve got nothing against David Beckham but as a global sporting icon, is that now the best we can do? He’s not in the same league as Ali. And as a fighter, neither was Bruce Lee.
Who would win in a fight? Bruce Lee or Muhammad Ali?
